Customer Support - Float

Position Details:

​We’re looking for highly motivated, self-directed, organized individuals. Computer literacy and multi-tasking required for our high patient volume environment. Duties include but are not limited to daily Customer Support duties such as patient scheduling, managing provider schedules, answering/directing phone calls and communicating with multiple agencies and community members. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Position work location will rotate based on need between our clinics in Malone and Saranac Lake as well as our 24/7 Crisis & Recovery Center in Malone.

Customer Support - Crisis Center

Position Details:

​Immediate opening for a Customer Support team member in our 24/7, Crisis Stabilization Center. Duties include but are not limited to daily Customer Support duties such as patient scheduling, managing provider schedules, answering/directing phone calls and communicating with multiple agencies and community members. Transportation Monitor - Malone

Position Details:

Transportation Monitor Collaborates with Citizen Advocates and The Department of Social Services to provide transportation and/or supervision for families within Social Services. The Transportation Monitor is responsible for maintaining eyesight and hearing distance supervision along with making sure basic needs are being met during visitation. Clear and accurate communication between both Citizen Advocates Program Coordinator and the Department of Social Services. Provide supervised visitation in accordance to instructions specifically approved by Franklin County Department of Social Services.

Qualifications:

​Valid Drivers license and clean record for more than 3 years. Able to pass mandatory back ground clearance. High school Diploma or equivalency. Have reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

PRS - Malone

Position Details:

The PRS provides rehabilitation support, recovery oriented activities, interventions and skill development necessary for the individual to improve self-management of and reduce relapse to substance use, the negative effects of psychiatric, or emotional symptoms, that interfere with a person’s daily living skills that are critical to remaining in home, school, work, and community.

Weekly Hours:

30 hours based on programmatic needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and/or Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years relevant experience.

LPN (PT) Malone

Position Details:

​LPN to fill positions for medically frail residential setting. Several shifts available. Applicants must possess competent nursing skills and be able to work well with others. Duties will include administering medications, performing routine nursing tasks and providing patient care to disabled adults. Duties may vary per operational needs. Experience with feeding tubes preferred will train. Compassion and caring a must. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

​Friday, Saturday and Sunday midnights - 27 hour shift

Friday 3pm-12:15am and Saturday 5:30pm-12:15am - 16 hour shift

Per diem shifts also available

Customer Support Manager

Position Details:

The Customer Support Manager supervises and coordinates activities and customer support staff in two fast paced outpatient mental health & addiction service clinics as well as our Crisis and Recovery Center. Duties include providing oversight and assigning tasks to implement and maintain smooth customer support workflows while ensuring required service volumes, satisfaction and quality levels are attained. Strong communication skills are needed to communicate with Clinicians and Managers as well as working closely with Insurance and Billing personnel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, minimum of 5 years customer service experience in a healthcare setting with a minimum of 3 years management experience. Previous experience in HIPPA, HARP, OASAS, and Mental Health regulations preferred

Psychosocial Club Manager - Malone

Position Details:

​The Position is responsible for the coordination and operation of the psychosocial club, to include staff supervision. This program serves adults and provides voluntary daily support for individuals who have experienced various symptoms of mental illness. The Club Manager will be responsible to assist with program development and enhancement to help create and achieve an active, enthusiastic and positive atmosphere with the members. May include additional duties as required for client needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in human services with one year experience in human services field preferred OR Associate's Degree with three years’ experience working in the human services field. Must be able to pass agency background checks. Must have clean driver abstract for at least three years.

Peer Specialist - Saranac Lake

Position Details:

​A Peer Specialist provides peer to peer support/services to consumers in recovery from addiction and individuals who have received mental health services. The Peer specialist will utilize their personal recovery/lived experience in providing support to promote greater independence and self-confidence to peer consumers. The Peer specialist performs a wide range of tasks to support peers in living their own lives, directing their own recovery as they strive to reach their full potential. Peer support staff must complete required training for certification and recertification.

Duties:

Cultivate clients to make informed and independent choices

Help the client identify and build on their strengths to help the client identify and build on their strengths

Assist clients in building healthy social networks within the community

Position Details:

Qualified applicant will be prepared to perform basic health monitoring, medication refills, injections and prior authorizations. In addition to the above duties, a successful candidate will also be prepared to support the medical and clinical staff as needed

Network & Systems Administrator

Position Details:

​Install and administer servers, network systems and applications. Perform replacement and repairs. Skill in AD, batch processes, SharePoint, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SQL, enterprise-wide DHCP systems, work stations, NAS, SANs, firewall hardware, switches, applications and firmware. Maintain security and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently. Assists with evaluating and/or recommending purchase of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software. A problem solver, great communication skills and people person. Develops and implements training for employees. Reports to Director of Information Technology.
