The club is designed to be available as part of a long term support network for its members. It is important that people have a place to belong, be needed, wanted, expected and celebrated. Each member has a role in running the club and a responsibility to be involved in general decision making. All members participate in planning meetings, daily activities such as answering the phone, clerical services, outreach, daily lunch, organizing social, recreational and educational activities, snack bar operation and basic maintenance of the club.

Type of program(s) offered:

  • Fun and educational workshops on topics such as: Medication Management, Dealing with anger, Family Violence, Stress Management, and more.
  • Assistance with enhancing living skills, i.e.: socialization, meal planning, and meal preparation.

The club will provide transportation to all activities and for scheduled medical and mental health appointments.
