Mountain Crest is designed to be available as part of a long-term support network for its members. All members play a part in making the club a home away from home. Each member has a role in club decisions, meetings, daily activity, maintenance, clerical services; reach out, newsletter, lunches and organizing social, recreational and educational activities.
Type of program(s) offered:
- Fun and educational workshops on topics such as: Medication Management, Dealing with anger, Family Violence, Stress Management, and more.
- Assistance with enhancing living skills, i.e.: socialization, meal planning, meal preparation as well as develop typing and computer skills.
Mountain Crest is a place to gather for friendship, tolerance, support, education and networking. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of support, acceptance, belonging, warmth, peace, understanding, and the celebration of human spirit. Mountain Crest serves the Tri-Lakes area of Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake and Lake Placid.
