Mental Health Centers

Our mental health determines how we look at ourselves, our lives and our relationships. It also affects how we approach the many challenges that come with living in our fast-paced world. Like our physical health, our mental health sometimes suffers. When it does, we feel overly sad, mad, happy or scared. These feelings, when extreme or ongoing, can interfere with our abilities to function at our best level.

We're Here To Help.  North Star Behavioral Health Services has a team of licensed mental health professionals trained to help people better understand their mental health and identify opportunities for improvement. North Star works with individuals (adults and children), couples, whole families and other groups. If you think you might be depressed, having problems with anxiety, or having difficulty functioning in your daily life, North Star Behavioral Health Services can help.

School-Based Mental Health Services

By providing services at the school, children and their families spend less time driving and more time working to improve their situation. It allows school and family members to become more actively involved in the child’s productivity, sense of responsibility and overall success both at school and at home.
